In the County Preliminary Quarter-Final, we play Kiladangan this Sunday, 21st September, in Nenagh, at 3.30pm. This is a huge challenge for the team, so we are asking our supporters to flock to Nenagh and get behind the lads.

Under 15

In the fifth round of the ‘C’ championship, our second team recorded a 7-14 to 4-5 home victory over Nenagh Éire Óg. First half goals from Jody Donnelly and Shane Carroll (2) helped us  into 3-6 to 2-4 interval  lead. Shane’s second goal was a great team score with Jody Donnelly and Mark Gaynor linking up to create the chance. Kilruane started the second half on the front foot with Mark Gaynor setting up Conor O’Meara for the fourth goal.  Heading into the final quarter, the game was evenly balanced, but MacDonaghs finished strongly in the fading light to claim victory and earn a spot in the County semi-final.

Team: Darrel King, Ben Sheils, Ronan Hayes, Brian Quinlisk, Sean Whelan, Conn Foley, Harry O’Meara, Tiarnán Casey (1-2), Shane Carroll (4-3, 0-2 frees), Isaac Hussey Sheahan, Harry Gannon, Jody Williamson Donnelly (1-0), Daniel O’Brien, Mark Gaynor (0-5), Tom Hannan. Sub: Conor O’Meara (1-2). Two points are unaccounted for.
