Matches and training sessions in all grades have been suspended until 29th March at least. Players and managers should note that the GAA Injury Benefit Fund has also been suspended during this period.
The club has an ever-growing group of volunteers who are ready and willing to help anybody in the community who needs messages, fuel, prescriptions etc collected. All our volunteers will be adhering to the HSE Guidelines in relation to Social Distancing and Hand Hygiene.
Every crisis presents opportunities and our proactive Healthy Club Committee has launched a Skills Challenge Video initiative. Boys and girls are asked to make a short video which shows them performing at least two hurling or football skills. All entries will be put into a draw for the new Kilruane MacDonaghs jersey. There are two jerseys to be won, one for a boy and one for a girl.

The weekly Lotto has been suspended until further notice. The health and welfare of our subscribers, promoters and members are of paramount importance at this time. All tickets already purchased will be entered into the Draw when it resumes.
All facilities in MacDonagh Park including the Pitch, Astro Turf, Gym, Dressing Rooms and Clubroom are now closed and are off limits to our players, members of the public and local groups.
The weekly Saturday night Bingo session in the Fr. O’Meara Centre, Kilruane has been cancelled for the duration of this crisis.
The Cloughjordan Active Retirement Association has decided to suspend its weekly gathering which is held on Wednesdays in the MacDonagh Park Pavilion.
