Junior
A home game against Nenagh Éire Óg on Saturday 26th March at 4.30pm will see our Junior ’A’ team begin their League campaign. Toomevara, Roscrea, Borris-Ileigh and Kiladangan are also in the group. The top four teams qualify for the semi-finals.
Under 17
The footballers began the championship on a winning note with a 4-6 to 1-6 away victory over Moneygall/Clonakenny. Trailing by a point against the elements in the second half the team dug deep to chisel out a win.

Ardcroney hosted the first competitive action of the season with the home team taking on Newport in U13 football. The visitors took the points on offer in the ‘A’ game with a 4-2 to 2-5 victory while MacDonaghs prevailed in the ‘D’ encounter.

Club Package
Once again a very attractive Club Package is being offered to members. For just €200 you will have a full year’s Lotto subscription, entry to the Tipperary Draw as well as your membership. In effect, supporters who subscribe to this Package will have free membership — a saving of €60.
Calves for Cash
The Ardcroney Community Field is organising a Calves for Cash Fundraiser. The committee is looking for calves, people to rear the calves and donations towards rearing the calves. All proceeds will go towards Phase 1 Development which includes a new car park facility and improvement of entrance. Our second field, which is in constant use, is located in Ardcroney so all members are asked to support this fundraiser. Contact Matt Cleary 0874171382 for further information.
Club Plan
We are currently developing a Club Plan. The Steering Committee, under the chairmanship of Dave Carroll, has already developed a template that includes dates for specific actions to be completed. As part of the process players, supporters and members of the community are being invited to complete an online Questionnaire. The link has been widely circulated through various WhatsApp groups in the club and is available from Dave Carroll 0872332267, any club official or committee member.
Ukraine
The club would like to thank the local community for the phenomenal response to our Ukraine Appeal. To make the shipping deadline we just had four days to mobilise our members. In that period a very conservative estimate puts the value of goods donated at €15,000. The goods were transported to Poland last Friday. In addition €2,890 was donated. The club added in €110 and a total of €3,000 was handed over to the Irish Red Cross.
Lotto
The Jackpot now stands at a very attractive €3,100. Tickets are available from the usual outlets or you can join on Clubforce.com. Thanks for your continued support.
Sympathy
The club extends sympathy to: the family of the late Nancy Carty (née Brereton), Wilton, Ballymackey; the family of the late John Joe Dunne, Mountpleasant; and the family of the late Nance Hogan (née Culhane), Ardcroney.
