Senior
In the first round of the County championship Kilruane MacDonaghs will play Thurles Sarsfields in Holycross on Saturday, 25th July at 3.00pm. This game will be live streamed.
Match Tickets
In accordance with government guidelines attendance at matches will be restricted to 500. Players, backroom, officials, stewards and media are included in that figure. The County Board will allocate tickets as follows: 40 tickets for players and backroom and 100 tickets for sale to club members; 170 tickets for Season Ticket/Pass holders; and 50 tickets for media, officials and stewards.
The County Board has devised a new ticketing system for the County championships. All club members who have Croke Park Club Plus Passes, County Board Season Tickets or County Board concessionary passes must register their details on the new ticketing system in order to access the code for their permit to attend their chosen game(s). Tipperary GAA will release registration details this week. With over 1,400 Season Tickets/Passes in Tipperary the County Board cannot guarantee availability of tickets for any game.
The system devised by the County Board for the sale of the 100 club tickets is going to impose a huge workload on our officials. The system, as it currently stands, involves getting bank details from members. The Finance Committee met on Monday night to consider the implications of the new system.
Whatever system is implemented for the sale of the 100 club tickets, we will not be able to facilitate most of our loyal supporters. We will update our members during the week. We look forward to the co-operation, understanding and patience of all supporters.
