Harty Cup

Congratulations to Jack Mulcahy, Brian O’Meara, Jack Peters (management) and the Nenagh CBS team on their dramatic and historic victory over Ard Scoil Rís in the Harty Cup final. Jack and Brian join an elite group of club players who have won coveted Harty Cup medals. John Kenny (1944), Gerry McCarthy (1954), Kevin Gaynor (1954), Joe Williams (1957 & 1958) and Charley McLoughney (1958) played with successful St. Flannan’s teams. 


Allianz League

Craig Morgan lined out at corner-back in Tipperary’s victory over Dublin in Parnell Park. He gave his usual committed performance, chipping in with a point.


Minor Football

Cillian Healy and Michael Hennelly have been selected on the Tipperary minor football panel. Best of luck to Cillian, Michael and the Tipperary team in the championship.



The membership fees for the Kilruane MacDonaghs GAA & Camogie Club for 2024 are as follows: Family Membership to include Tipperary Draw and Lotto €250; Non-Playing Adult to include Tipperary Draw & Lotto €200; Adult Player to include Gym & Lotto €165: Adult Player & Lotto €100; U18 €50; and Non-Playing Adult €50. Membership is now due and can be paid on our app ClubSpot.


Tipperary Draw

The Tipperary Draw will be held in the Clough Inn this Friday, 9th February, at 9.00pm. Tom Killackey, Main Street, Cloughjordan, who won first prize in the January Draw, will be presented with the keys of his Citreon C3 car. All are welcome to attend.


Referee Recruitment

The Tipperary County Board is currently seeking applications from interested individuals to participate  in the upcoming Referee Recruitment for Tipperary in 2024 to address the future refereeing needs within the Premier County. There will be a Foundation Referee course taking place in the coming weeks. For further details contact Alan Tierney 0874159247.

The weekly Bingo session continues on Saturday night in the Fr. O’Meara Centre, Kilruane at 8.00pm. The jackpot is now a very attractive €1,600.


Community Games

A meeting of the Cloughjordan Community Games managers and volunteers will be held in the Clubroom this Thursday, 8th February, at 8.00pm. All managers entering teams and any interested volunteers are asked to attend.
