Schools Hurling:  Congratulations to all involved with Borrisokane Community College on their magnificent win in the All-Ireland final v Abbey CBS of Waterford last Saturday. The girls won on a score-line of 2-8 to 2-4. Well done to both management and players with their continuous effort hard work paying off in the end.

Kilruane Camogie Club had 10 girls involved in the panel. Bonnie Conroy and Aoife Sullivan both lined out at corner back, Ali Mulcahy and Mikeala McGrath lined up as the two wing backs, Sophie O’Neill Reidy started Mid-field , Louise Torpey lined out at number 12 and Laura Shinners started full forward. Also on the panel were Evanna McCarthy, Tara O’Brien and Catherine Tighe.

Congratulations to Bonnie Conroy who was Nominated Player of the Match.          

Intermediate: Hard luck to our Intermediates who lost to Drom last Sunday in the second round of the league. The girls fought hard but could not add to the victory v Cashel from the previous round.

U14: Well done to our u14s who had had a hard fought draw v Holycross on Sunday last. They showed great heart and effort to come from behind with 2 late points to draw the game.

U12: Our u12 team are playing in a Munster  Blitz this Saturday 31st March in Mallow, Co. Cork. Girls need to be in Cloughjordan at 8:50am sharp as the bus is leaving at 9am. All other details will be sent to parents via text.

U10, U8 & U6: Training resumes for the u6’s, u8’s & u10’s tonight 29th in Ardcroney at 6:30. We are looking forward to seeing you all again for the start of another enjoyable year

Membership: A Gentle reminder that all membership must be paid up before 31st of March. If you have already paid your membership we thank you but to all those who have not paid 31st of March is the deadline.
