AGM:
Kilruane MacDonaghs Camogie Club AGM was held last Friday, 10th November. The adjourned AGM is scheduled for Friday 19th January at 8.15pm in the pavilion, Cloughjordan where remaining decisions will be made.
Officers for 2018 as decided at AGM; Chairperson- Stella Heffernan, Vice-Chair- Kieran Nevin, Secretary- Helen O’Meara, Vice-Secretary- TBC, Treasurer- Catherine Nevin, Asst. Treasurer- Bríd Cleary, PRO- Róisín Cahill, Asst. PRO- Danielle Franks, Registrar- Orla Prout, Asst. Sec Registrar- Ann O’Meara. Many thanks are extended to all outgoing officers, especially Joe Cahill who has served the club tirelessly.
Managers for 2018; Intermediate/U18- Kieran Cahill, U16- TBC, U14- Damien Franks, U12- Sinéad Williams, U10- Mark O’Leary, U8- John Barry, Danielle Franks, U6- TBC.
Membership: Membership Rates for 2018 are as follows; Adult player €65, Juvenile Player €35, Family €100, Non-player €25, Social €10.
Friendly Football: Sundays football match against Nenagh Éire Óg saw a great effort from all involved, our girls fell short of a strong town side (2-5 to 1-2) however the exercise was enjoyed and it was many of the girls’ first attempt at the sport. Our next match is scheduled for this Saturday at 12pm in Ardcroney against Kildangan and all girls associated with the club are encouraged to make a return for this active-winter incentive!
