Dan O Meara Tournament
Shinrone defeated JK Brackens by two points in the final of the Dan O Meara u-16 hurling final in MacDonagh Park. Jim O Meara presented the Shinrone captain with the trophy. Thanks to Tommy Ryan who refereed, Mary Ward who organised the tea and caretaker Pat Williams who had the facilities in excellent order. Kilruane MacDonaghs will play Kilcotton in the plate final.
U-14 Hurling
Kilruane MacDonaghs play Toomevara in the semi-final on this Wednesday evening in Cloughjordan at 7.30 p.m. .
