Senior
Kilruane MacDonaghs take on Nenagh Éire Óg in the county championship in Nenagh on this Sunday, October 12th at 3.30pm. A number of players are on the injured list, with some very doubtful. It is going to take a monumental effort from the players to overcome one of the favourites for the county title. Team and management have worked extremely hard during the year and although the odds are stacked against them on Sunday if the attitude is right and we play with high intensity the pundits could be proved wrong. It is of vital importance that our supporters get behind the team. Gather in the stand and let your voices be heard.

Paddy Quinlan Tournament
The annual U10 Paddy Quinlan tournament was held in MacDonagh Park on last Sunday. Toomevara overcame CRC Gaels in the final. Kliruane MacDonaghs got the better of Shannon Rovers in the Plate final while Toomevara made it a double when they edged out the home team in the Shield finaL Thanks to U10 management for running the tournament in a very efficient manner and thanks to Christy Morgan and Joe Cahill who refereed the matches. Check juvenile gallery on website to view photos.

County Draw
Congratulations to Seamus Darcy, formerly of Bantiss, who won €500 in the county draw. Seamus is now living in New York and is joined the draw with the Tipperary club there.

Photos
We are looking for photos of club teams, juvenile and adult, and action photos from the eighties. We are also interested in getting photos of social occasions in that decade. Don’t assume we have any photo. Please contact Gilbert Williams 087-2176452 if you can be of any assistance. Photos will be scanned and returned promptly. Photos can be scanned without removing them from fames.

Sympathy
The club extends its sympathy to Mary Darcy, Templemore Road, on the death of her sister Sheila Jennings, Crinkle and formerly Dunkerrin. Sympathy is also extended to the Troy family on the death of Tom Troy, Carrowea, Toomevara.
