The club has decided to embark on the process of formulating a five year plan which will help shape policy from 2014 to 2018. We are anxious to hear the views and suggestions of all parishioners: young and old, men and women, players and officials, members and non members. An Open Forum will be held in the clubroom on this Friday, November 15th at 8.00pm. Everybody over sixteen years of age is invited to attend and share their ideas and vision for the future of the club. Five specific topics will be discussed: (1) Coaching & Games Development; (2) Club Structures & Administration; (3) Finance & Fundraising; (4) Facilities & Development; (5) Communications/Pr, Social & Cultural. Jimmy Minogue from Nenagh Éire Óg and Jackie Meagher from Toomevara will act as facilitators for the Forum which have group sessions to ensure that everybody’s voice is heard and everybody’s suggestions are recorded. Proceedings will finish at 10.00pm with refreshments for all present.

The Annual General Meeting has been pencilled in for Friday, December 13th at 8.00pm. Mass for deceased members will be celebrated in Cloughjordan Church at 7.30pm. All members are asked to keep that date free in their diary.
