U-21 Final

Best wishes to the U-21 hurlers who play Borris-Ileigh in the North final on this Saturday in Nenagh at 3.30 p.m.

Junior Hurling

The junior A hurlers qualified for the county semi-final when they overcame south champions St. Patricks in Templemore on a 5-9 to 3-12 scoreline. An impressive start laid the foundation for a hard fought victory. In the semi-final they will play Moyne-Templetuohy on the weekend of November 6th.

Schools Football

Kilruane N.S. qualified for the North final when they overcame the Gaelscoil on a 2-5 to 1-6 scoreline. Kilruane played against the wind in the first half and trailed by two points at the break. Inspired by outstanding performances by Jake Morris and Craig Morgan Kilruane emerged winners after an exciting and tense second half battle with Cormac Mannion scoring a brace of vital goals. Team: Darragh Buckley, Arran Conroy, Sean Quinlan, Shane O Meara, Jake Morris, Oisin O Meara, Tommy Dooley, Ben Healy, Grady Jones, Conor Lillis, Mark O Neill, Cormac Mannion (2-4) and Craig Morgan (0-1).

U-10 Hurling

There will be an U-10 hurling blitz in MacDonagh Park on this Saturday October 30th at 10 o clock. All the U-10 panel should be present at 9.45.

Camogie

Best wishes to the Kilruane MacDonaghs junior camogie team which plays Thurles in the county final in the Ragg on this Saturday October 30th at 4.00 p.m.
