U8/U10
Indoor training continues every Wednesday night in the GAA Complex Cloughjordan from 6.30pm – 7.30pm. New players are welcome. Players are reminded to wear suitable sports gear and helmets – indoor hurleys will be provided.
U18
Due to inclement weather last weekend, our U18 championship match against Thurles was postponed. Panel will be notified by text with details of new date for this fixture.
Presentation Night
The club will hold their annual End of Year Celebration night for U8’s, U10’s, U12’s and U14’s on Friday night 4th December in the GAA Complex Cloughjordan. Refreshments will be provided followed by a disco.
Fund-raising
The club will be bag-packing in Dunnes Stores Nenagh on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th December next. The committee will be organising a rota for both days and will be contacting parents and senior players shortly. All support would be greatly appreciated to raise much needed funds for the club.
The club are currently selling tickets for the Ardcroney Community Field Christmas Prize Draw on 5th December next. Tickets are €50.00 each with a top prize of €5,000. As the Camogie Club use this field for training and matches, we look forward to availing of improved facilities as a result of this fund-raising.
Sympathy
The club extends sympathy to the families of Mick Williams Dublin and Kitty Rohan Cloughjordan on their recent bereavements.
