Kilruane MacDonaghs Camogie Club Notes
U6,8,10’s: Training for all girls Wednesday in Ardcroney at 6:30 sharp.
U14’s: Hard luck to the u14’s who were knocked out of the championship after losing to Burgess last week. Preparations now begin for Feile so full attendances at training would be greatly appreciated.
U12 Training: Training this Thursday for both teams in Ardcroney at 7. Congratulations to the u12 “Black” team who qualified for the semi-final with a win over Roscrea last week.
U16 Training: Training this Thursday for u15 and u16’s in Ardcroney at 7 sharp.
Cul Camp: The annual Cul Camp will be held in MacDonagh Park Cloughjordan from the 4th-8th of July. Last year 135 participants enjoy a fun filled week at the camp. Don’t miss out this year. Application forms will be available in the near future.
Clothes Collection: The MacDonaghs camogie and juvenile clubs are organising the annual Clothes Collection which is ongoing this week from Monday 16th May and Saturday 21st May. Clothes can be be dropped to the complex each day from 9am to 12 noon. We had a tremendous response in previous years and we anticipate that supporters will rally to the cause once more.
Club Gear: The camogie club is organising gear for anyone interested. Forms will be sent out to everyone at each team’s training and they must be returned to either Michelle Shinners or Catherine Nevin by June 1st.
Best Wishes: The camogie club would like to wish Niall O’Meara the very best of luck in the Munster Senior Quarter final v Cork this weekend. The club would also like to extend best wishes to our own u14 selector Jack Peters in the Munster Intermediate Quarter final v Cork on Sunday.
