The adjourned A.G.M will be held Friday 22nd of January. Time and venue to be confirmed. Club members will receive details by text during the week.
Strictly Come Dancing:
As you may or may not be aware of by now, the club is running a Strictly come dancing fundraiser this year. It will be held on the 1st of April, note the date in the diary and keep it free. Training begins Sunday 21st of January from 1-3 in the complex in Cloughjordan for those participating.
Congratulations:
Well done to Borrisokane Community college on winning the Munster Intermediate final on Sunday last. Congratulations goes out to all girls who worked fierce hard in testing conditions. The captain of the team was our very own Roisin Cahill. On the panel from Kilruane was Shauna Maher, Emma Cleary, Georgie Finn, Roisin Cahill, Sophie Whelan, Laura Shinners, Rebecca Whelan, Maura Maher, Catherine Tighe, Sorcha Heenan, Aoife Sullivan, Cliona England, Meadhbh Heenan, and Becky Hill. Well done girls.
Munster Semi Final: Borrisokane will play the Munster Junior semi final this Wednesday 20th, best of luck to all girls involved.
Sympathy: The club would like to express its symphathy to the Gaynor, Spillane, Coonan, and Williams families on the recent bereavement of Mary O’Donoghue.
