Adult Team
Kilruane travelled to the Ragg on Sunday last to play Drom in the 3rd round of the Intermediate Championship. Kilruane were missing a number of regular players and fielded a young inexperienced team who found it difficult to contain a stronger well-drilled Drom side. Drom ran out comfortable winners on the day. The next fixture in this group is against Shannon Rovers on 21st September.
U14
Kilruane are due to play Silvermines on this Thursday 4th in Cloughjordan at 6.45pm in the second round of the U14 league.
U6, U8, U10, U12
Training continues on this Wednesday from 6.30-7.30pm in Ardcroney.
Congratulations to the Tipperary U14A team who won the Orla McDonagh Tournament played in Thurles on Saturday last. Well done to club members Amy Quinlisk who played in midfield and Tara Lillis wing-back on this team.
Best of luck to Niall O’Meara, Eamon O’Shea, John Casey and the Tipperary Senior Hurling team as they take on Kilkenny in the All-Ireland Final this weekend.
