Junior
This coming weekend is an important one for the club, with both Junior teams taking part in their respective semi-finals. The Junior A's are first into action when they take on Drom in The Ragg on Saturday 4th May at 3pm. Bank Holiday Monday sees the Junior B's take to the field when they play Nenagh in Cloughjordan at 3pm. Please come out and support these two teams as they try to secure a place in their league final.
Under 16
The U16's played Burgess in the last round of the U16A Championship on Saturday last in Kilcolman. Trailing by 0-5 points to 0-1 point at half-time, the girls put in a tremendous second-half performance to go 2 points up approaching full-time. However, a Burgess goal on the stroke of full-time put an end to our championship aspirations for this year. Full-time score 2-9 to 4-1. This defeat puts an end to this panel's hurling until 2014.
U14
The U14's continue their championship campaign this week with a match against Boherlahan due to be played on Monday night 29th in Ardcroney. The last game in the group is the rescheduled match against Kildangan, which will then finalise the semi-final pairings to be played in May.
County Board Draw
A reminder that the Tipperary Camogie Board Confined Members 10-monthly draw commences on the 1st Tuesday of May. The cost is 10euro per month for 10 months, with prize money of 600euro each month. Anyone who wishes to support both Club and County by joining this should contact a member of the Committee.
Sympathy
Deepest sympathies are extended to the family of the late Roche Williams. May he rest in peace.
