The Junior A team will play Burgess in the second round of the league this Sunday 22nd April. The match has been fixed for 4pm in Cloughjordan. Please come along to support the girls.
The u16 team lost out to Clonoulty in the first round of the u16 championship last Tursday night. They now have a few weeks to regroup and prepare for the next match against Silvermines on 10th May.
In the first round of the championship the u14 team lost to Thurles. Their next outing is next Tuesday 24th at home to Moneygall. All support greatly appreciated.
Training continues every Wednesday evening in Ardcroney from 6.30pm – 8.00pm. Thanks to Shannon Rovers for coming to Cloughjordan on Saturday morning last for a practice match. Well done to both sets of players on their performances.
Under 6, u8 and u10
Training continues in Ardcroney Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm. New members are always welcome. These sessions are a great way for girls to learn new skills and make new friends in a fun environment.
Hard luck to Sarah Coonan and Mary Walsh who were part of the Tipperary u18 team that lost to Galway in the All-Ireland semi-final replay on Saturday last. Claire Kennedy and Mary Walsh were also part of the Tipperary senior and intermediate teams that lost out in their respective league matches last Sunday. Well done to the 3 girls who did their club and county proud.
