Outdoor training has finished for both the U8 and U10 panels. Indoor training will commence shortly in Cloughjordan.
U10
The U10 panel took part in the Nenagh U10 Blitz on Saturday last in Nenagh. We played five matches against Carrig-Riverstown, Nenagh, Burgess, Newport and Toomevara. Each player received a medal for taking part. Thanks to Nenagh club for the invitation and their hospitality on the day. Team: Orla Molloy, Meadhbh Heenan, Amy Hill, Bonny Conroy, Eleanor Percy, Amy Quinlisk, Laura Shinnors, Molly O’Brien, Tara O’Brien, Cliodhna Nevin, Katie Gould, Eve-Anna McCarthy, Mikela McGrath.
U12
The U12 panel took part in an U12 blitz in Puckane last Saturday organized by Kildangan club. We played three matches against Lorrha, Burgess and Kildangan with some excellent hurling and great scores from all teams. Refreshments were provided to the players afterwards. Thanks to Kildangan club for looking after the teams on the day. We also played Silvermines in Dolla on Friday 24th in a very entertaining match. Also thanks to Silvermines club who provided refreshments to the girls after the match. We are due to play Ballina next weekend, players will be notified by text.
Sympathy
