Junior Hurling
The junior hurlers failed to reproduce their North championship form and were beaten by a better Moyle Rovers side in the county quarter-final in Drombane. Thanks to manager Joe Whelan, selectors Tom Killackey and Ger Williams for their work with the panel during the year. Team: Ger Corcoran, Liam Gibson, Colin England, Pádraig Kelly, Denis Cahill, Mick Cleary, Ruan Casey, Shane Williams, Kevin Ryan, Thomas Williams, Edmond Morkan, Declan Barrett, Pat Conway, Alan Ryan and Michael Reddan. Subs: Jonathan Cahill, Stephen O Leary, John Reddan and George O Leary.

U-21 Hurling
The county semi-final against Carrick Swan has been pencilled in for Saturday November 3rd.

U-10 Hurling
The finals of the Kilruane MacDonaghs u-10 hurling tournament were held in MacDonagh Park last Saturday. In the C final Nenagh Eire Óg proved too strong for Burgess. In the B decider Toomevara edged out Ahane. Kilruane MacDonaghs overcame Murroe-Boher in the A final on a 2-6 to 1-2 scoreline. Panel: Cormac Mannion, Brendan McAdams, James Cleary, Karl Williams, Paul Guidera, Darragh Peters, Kieran Brereton, Jerome Cahill, Cian Darcy, Niall Shinners, William Ryan, Craig Morgan, Kevin Shinners, Rory McCarthy, Martin Grace, Sean Quinlan, Chtistopher Moyles, Oisín O Meara, Darragh Fogarty, Ethan Hayes and Tom Dooley. All-Ireland minor medallist Seamus Hennessy presented the trophies and medals. Thanks to Joe and Jimmy Cahill who refereed the games and a special thanks to the parents who supplied the sandwiches and looked after the catering.

U-15 Hurling
The u-15 hurlers have been invited to participate in the Burgess tournament. More details later.

Juvenile Meeting

A meeting of the Juvenile Committee will be held in the clubroom on this Friday night at 8.00 p.m. . All juvenile selectors are asked to attend.
