Senior
Last Saturday’s 2-27 to 2-18 loss against Thurles Sarsfields brought our season to an end. Thurles always had the upper hand in this game and led 1-14 to 0-9 at the interval. A Niall O’Meara goal in the forty-eighth minute gave a glimmer of hope, and the deficit was reduced to five points with eleven minutes left. However, Thurles finished strongly and were deserving winners.
Team: Páidí Williams, James Cleary, Aaron Morgan, Jack Peters, Cormac Kennedy, Craig Morgan, Shane Cleary, Cathal England, Kieran Cahill, Tommy O’Meara, Niall O’Meara (1-0), Kian O’Kelly (0-2), Willie Cleary (1-11, 0-9 frees), Thomas Cleary, Cian Darcy (0-2).

It has been a busy week. We travelled to Lorrha for a Go Games Blitz against the hosts and Borrisokane, fielding three teams who all played brilliantly. Thanks to Lorrha for hosting and presenting the medals.
Last Saturday, Kiladangan visited MacDonagh Park for another Blitz. Again, we had three teams in action, and they acquitted themselves very well. Thanks to Kiladangan for coming over.

Last Sunday, MacDonagh Park was packed for the clash of Nenagh Éire Óg and Toomevara. Thanks to the large cohort of stewards who reported for duty, and thanks to JP McKenna, who provided his field for parking.
