Harty Cup

Well done to Nenagh CBS on their victory over Midleton CBS in the Harty quarter-final. Best of luck to Shane Cleary, Cormac Kennedy, Cillian Healy, Hugo Healy, Charlie Kennedy,  Jack Quinlisk, Michael Hennelly, Fearghal Doheny, Jack Peters (Coach) and the team in the Harty semi-final against Thurles CBS this Saturday, 17th January, at 1.00pm with the venue to be confirmed.

Commiserations to Borrisokane CC on losing 1-17 to 1-10 in the Corn Risteaird Uí Mathúna quarter-final in Toomevara. There was a large Kilruane MacDonaghs contingent on the Borrisokane team.

 

Fitzgibbon Cup

Best of luck to Aaron Morgan (UL) and Kian O’Kelly (Tús Midwest), who are in Fitzgibbon Cup action with their respective colleges.

 

Juvenile Presentation

Kyle Kennedy, Jack O’Meara, Conn Foley, Shane O’Meara, Ben Williams, Mark Cleary, Tommy Ryan and Brian Quinlisk attended the North Tipperary Coiste na nÓg annual presentation night in the Nenagh Éire Óg Complex. Jack Ryan was unable to attend. Tipperary star Jason Forde was the special guest.

 

Club Final

Congratulations to Upperchurch Drombane on their magnificent victory in an epic All-Ireland Club final.

Membership

Membership is now due and can be paid on our app ClubSpot. The fees are as follows: Family Membership to include Tipperary Draw and Lotto €250; Non-Playing Adult to include Tipperary Draw & Lotto €200; Adult Player to include Gym & Lotto €165: Adult Player & Lotto €100; U18 €50; and Non-Playing Adult €50.

Congratulations to Yvonne & Eoin Kennedy, who won €1,000 (Promoter Joe Whelan) and to Nonie Hogan, Killeen, Nenagh, who won €300 (Promoter Eileen Gaynor) in the Tipperary Draw.

The weekly Bingo session continues on Saturday night in the Fr. O’Meara Centre, Kilruane at 8.00pm. The jackpot is now a very attractive €1,250.

The club extends sympathy to the family of the late Bridie O’Meara, Kyle, to the family of the late Josie Hyland, Knocknacree and to Oliver Ryan-Purcell on the death of his sister Eliza Williams, Rearcross.
