Charlie Kennedy was part of the Tipperary minor football team that played Cork in the Munster semi-final while his twin brother Cormac played on the Tipperary Gold team that overcame Cork Red in their Celtic Challenge game in Mallow.
Junior
The junior ‘A’ team finished off their County League campaign with their third victory in the competition when they got the better of Boherlahan Dualla in MacDonagh Park on a 3-21 to 2-17 scoreline. The visitors started impressively and led 0-4 to 0-1 after four minutes. MacDonaghs soon settled, firing over four points in succession to lead 0-5 to 0-4 after ten minutes. In the thirteenth minute, a Boherlahan point put the teams on level terms. Kilruane went on a scoring spree, hitting 2-4 without reply. Niall Shinners (15th minute) and Michael Cleary (16th minute) raised the green flags. At the interval, we led 2-12 to 1-7. A third goal from Conor Doheny in the forty-second minute put us in control, and the visitors couldn’t bridge the gap in the final quarter.

In the third round of the North League, we play Roscrea in St. Cronan’s Park, this Friday, at 7.30pm.
Féile
Our first team was in action in Boherlahan in Division 1. In the first game, we recorded a 2-6 to 1-6 victory over Boherlahan Dualla. Scorers: Jack O’Meara (2-3), Senan O’Leary (0-2) and Ciarán Foote (0-1). In the second game, we lost 3-9 to 0-9 against Newport. Scorers: Senan O’Leary (0-6), Michael Hutchinson (0-2), Harry Gannon (0-1). In the third game, we were just edged out by Carrick Swan on a 2-9 to 3-4 scoreline. Scorers: Michael Hutchinson (1-1), Senan O’Leary (1-1), Jack O’Meara (1-0), Lukah Williams (0-1), Tommy Ryan (0-1). This placed us third in the group, but Boherlahan pulled out of the competition, and we qualified for the semi-final. It was off to Cashel to take on the home side who booked their place in the final with a 1-13 to 1-6 victory. In the rescheduled second round of the County Hurling League, we got the better of Knockmealdown Gaels in Ardcroney.
Cumann na mBunscol
Ardcroney NS U13 camogie team qualified for the County semi-final by winning the Blitz in Dolla.
Cúl Camp
The annual Cúl Camps will be held in MacDonagh Park on 30th June to 4th July and 14th to 18th July from 10.00am to 2.00pm each day. The Camps are open to boys and girls aged 6 to 13.
