Under 21 Football

Kilruane MacDonaghs take on Arravale Rovers in the County ‘A’ semi-final in Borrisoleigh on this Friday, 2nd October at 7.30pm. The North championship has not been completed and we were nominated to represent the division.

 

Under 12

On last Friday evening we travelled to Puckane for a game against the host club. Our boys enjoyed their first experience of playing under lights. Our U11s also played against the home club. Thanks to Kiladangan for hosting the games.

 

Under 8

On last Saturday morning our twenty-five strong panel headed to Templemore in the glorious sunshine to participate in a Blitz with JK Brackens, Portroe and Sean Treacys.

 

Lotto

The Jackpot wasn’t this week and now stands at €11,500. This is the second highest Jackpot since the Lotto was launched in April 1996. Thanks for your continued support.

 

When the World Stops Watching

Best of luck to Damian Lawlor whose latest book ‘’When the World Stops Watching’’ is now available in bookshops. Sixteen Irish athletes give an insight into the struggles they faced when they retire. Among those featured in the book are Marcus Horan, Tommy Bowe, Paul Carberry, Niall Quinn, Sonia O’Sullivan and Paul McGee.
