New York Classic

Cian Darcy, Jerome Cahill and Craig Morgan were part of the Tipperary senior panel that played against Kilkenny in the New York Classic at the Citi Field.

 

Under 21

The North semi-final is expected to take place on the weekend of 1st December.

 

Draw

The Kilruane MacDonaghs GAA & Camogie Clubs would like to thank all who supported our very successful  Draw which took place in Nenagh Golf Club on last Saturday night.  The Draw was supervised by Garda Annemarie O’Meara and the tickets were drawn by Fr. Pat Greed.

Laochra Gael

Congratulations to our Vice-President Martin O’Meara, Kyle who will be honoured with a Laochra Gael Award this year. Martin has been a  loyal and steadfast supporter of MacDonaghs  through thick and thin. The presentation will take place in the Dome, Semple Stadium on this Sunday, 24th November at 3.30pm. Tickets, costing €10, are available from the GAA Office Thurles (0505)22702.

 

AGM

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday, 29th November at 8.00pm. It will be preceded by Mass for deceased members in Cloughjordan Church at 7.30pm.

 

GAA Quiz

The annual  Primary Schools GAA Quiz was held in the Thomas MacDonagh Complex on last Sunday evening. Ardcroney, St. Michael’s, Cloughjordan and Kilruane entered two teams each. The Ardcroney team of Sarah Williams, Billy O’Brien, Shane Cleary and Shane O’Meara finished joint third with a score of 61 out of 63 and qualified for the County Final which will be held in Thurles. 

 

Sympathy

The club extends sympathy to Eileen Molloy on the death of her brother James Haugh, Terryglass.
