U8/U10
Our U8 and U10 girls took part in the Patsy Carroll memorial tournament in Roscrea on Saturday 22nd. Thanks to the girls, mentors and parents who travelled and especially to Roscrea for the invitation.

Minor Camogie
Our Minor Camogies are scheduled to play on weekend of 29th/30th. Date and time to be confirmed.

U12

Our u12s have qualified for the section A shield county final after a hard fought win over Toomevara last week. Played on a very wet evening both teams deserve great credit for their performances. Kilruane were first to score with an Ali O'Kelly goal which stemmed from Christine Percy. They added a second when Keira Madden got on the end of a great ball from Ava McGrath. Toomevara were unlucky to have shots denied by Kilruane's goalkeeper Aoife Williams. The half time score read 2-0 to 0-2.
Early in the second half Clodagh Shinners slotted over a point to bridge Kilruanes 5 point lead but Toome fought their way back on top and Kilruane founds themselves 1 point down with just 2 minutes to go. An equalising Ali O'Kelly point meant the game went to extra time at 2-2 each.
As lighting decreased and conditions worsened, players had to dig deep. Clodagh Shinners came up trumps for a goal before Ali O'Kelly added an insuring point. In the dying seconds Toomevara got a consolidating goal but it was Kilruanes evening, emerging with a 1 point victory (3-3 to 3-2.) Well done to the Kilruane team and management, who now go on to face Ballybacon in the final.
Well done also to Toomevara on their persistent performance in a game that went right down to the wire!

U14
Congrats to the U14 girls on their win over Clonoulty last week.

Intermediate
Despite a great outfield performance, our Intermediate team came up five points short to a hardworking Drom side in the last of their group championship matches on Sunday. The girls campaign continues however as they progress to the County Semi Final on score difference. The semi final is scheduled for the weekend of October 6th and we would appreciate as much support as possible as we face into stiff opponents Thurles. Details of fixtures to be confirmed.
