Senior Hurling
The senior hurlers play Moneygall in the third round of the championship in Nenagh on Sunday at 6 o clock.

Schools Hurling
Cloughjordan N.S. defeated Ballinree N.S. in MacDonagh Park to qualify for the North final. Their opponents in the decider will be Borrisoleigh N.S. Team: Keelan Troy, Mark Tierney, Conor Austin, Jack Farrell, Brian Dooley, Mark Armitage, Andrew Hodgins, Kieran Brereton, Cian Darcy, Paul Guidera, Thomas Haig, Rory McCarthy and Jonathan Powell.

Ardcroney N.S. qualified for the semi-final of their section with a seven point win against The Gaelscoil. In the semi-final they will play the winners of Roscrea and Gurtagarry game. Team: Cormac Boyle, Ciaran Spillane, William Ryan, Jerome Cahill, Abhainn Coleman, Conor Cleary, John Cahalan, Conor Doheny, Bob Dooley, Sean Cleary and Niall Ryan. Sub: Kevin Shinners.

Kilruane N.S. have also reached the semi-final in this group where they will play Carrig N.S.

U-8 Blitz
On last Saturday the u-8 hurlers participated in an u-8 blitz in Toomevara. Borris-Ileigh and Roscrea also took part.

Coaching
On last Saturday we had an increased attendance at the hurling coaching session in MacDonagh Park. On next Saturday Christy Morgan and his team will be in charge. Primary school boys of all ages are welcome to attend.

Congratulations
Congratulations to senior hurler Mark O Leary and Hope Greenway who were married last Saturday.

Presentation
At last week’s Lotto club chairman Connie Grace presented a cheque to former player Mackey Keogh who has spearheaded a major fundraising campaign in aid of cancer services.

Sympathy
The club would like to extend its sympathy to the Nolan family on the death of county treasurer Michael Nolan and to Francis and Fiona Conroy on the death of baby Luke.
