 U-21 Hurling

The U-21 hurlers withstood a late Burgess rally to regain the Michael Delaney Cup and bring the title to the parish for the ninth time. Well done to the players and management. In the county semi-final they will face the Mid champions. (See match report)

U-10 Hurling

The annual U-10 tournament was held in MacDonagh Park last Saturday. In the A final Kilruane MacDonaghs A overcame Carrig-Riverstown. In the B final Moycarkey-Borris defeated Toomevara and in the C final Drom-Inch edged out Kilruane MacDonaghs B. Sean Ward chairman of the juvenile club presented the trophies and medals. Thanks to the selectors Jimmy Cahill, Brian England and Colin England who organized the tournament, to Dan Darcy and Joe Cahill who refereed the matches, to the ladies who supplied the refreshments and to caretaker Pat Williams who had everything in order.

U-15 Hurling

The U-15 hurlers play St. Marys in the county league in MacDonagh Park on this Sunday at 11.30. All players should be present at 11 o clock.

Meeting

A meeting of the club committee will be held in the clubroom on this Friday November 6th at 8.00 p.m. . All committee members are requested to attend.

Lotto

The annual night out for Lotto promoters was held last week in the Gourmet Gallery. The club would like to thank our loyal and dedicated promoters whose weekly commitment has ensured the continued success of the Lotto since its inception in 1996. The jackpot wasn’t won last week and now stands at €11,050. The numbers drawn were 9-10-19-24.
