Feile: Huge thanks to everyone who participated in helping make last weekend such a roaring success. This includes everyone who helped with food, car parking, stewarding, parents for hosting, management teams and most importantly to the players themselves for the way they behaved and represented the club both on and off the field.

Unfortunately there was no silverware won by either team but huge credit can be taken from the tournament by both teams. The boys were in a very tough group which included the two finalists with eventual winners Faythe Harriors of Wexford and the club we hosted Glen Rovers of Cork, Toomevara made up the group. The boys lost out to Naas in the Quarter Final. Hard luck to the boys and their management.

Camogie Panel for the weekend was: Katie O’Meara, Sinead McAteer, Evanna McCarthy, Maya Bourke, Kate Ryan, Anna Mulcahy, Aisling Nevin, Aine Spain, Abigail Quinlivan, Sile Cleary, Tara O’Brien, Lynn Farrell, Niamh Franks, Grainne O’Meara, Aoife McCarthy, Amy McCarthy, Hannah Grace, Molly Ryan, Jude Burris, Aoibhe Spillane, Emma Williams, and Leanne Gould.

For the Girls on Friday showed a bag of mix emotions with Kilruane losing out in the first game to Templemore but with more structure put to the team in the second game Kilruane came away with the win against a tough challenge from Beart of Donegal. The scoreline was 2 points to no score but this didn’t reflect how the girls dominated the game with a few goal chances going a begging. On Saturday, Kilruane bet St.Eunan’s of Donegal in an exciting game which ended in a 1 point victory. The girls then had to travel to Ballybacon Grange to play in the cup quarter final. After a thrilling game and an outstanding performance the girls fell short by the narrowest of margains. Hard luck to the girls and their management. The girls will now take a week off to rest after a tough weekend and will regroup next week sometime for the league.

Congratulations to St.Eunan’s who won the Shield final. It was great for a team travelling so far to go home with some silverware to make the journey back to Donegal a little less daunting.
Primary Game: Well done to Aine Spain (Ardcroney N.S) and Kate Ryan (Kilruane N.S) who played at half time of the Munster semi-final last Sunday, it is great to have two girls involved on such a big occasion and we hope they enjoyed the day.

U6,8,10’s: Training for all girls tonight in Ardcroney at 6:30 sharp.

Cul Camp: The annual Cul Camp will be held in MacDonagh Park Cloughjordan from the 4th-8th of July. Last year 135 participants enjoy a fun filled week at the camp. Don’t miss out this year. Application forms will be available in the near future.

Tipperary: Commiserations to club members Jack Peters, Justin Cahill and Liam O’Shea who were involved in the loss to Limerick Intermediates last Sunday.
Congratulations to Niall O’Meara who was introduced as a sub in the senior victory over Limerick in the Munster semi-final last weekend.
