National League
Well done to Niall O’Meara who made his debut in the National League in last Sunday’s victory against Cork. Eoin Carroll played in the exhibition game during the interval of the Tipperary and Dublin match in Semple Stadium.

Under 12
The U12 ‘B‘ football team lost out away to Newport on a 3-5 to 1-3 scoreline. Team: Oisín Williams (0-1), Eoin O’Meara (1-0), Cian White, Padraic Coonan, Eoin Carroll (0-1), Fionnan Hurley, Georgie O’Leary, Nathan Kennedy and Paul O’Neill (1-0).

Under 16
The U16 footballers went under to Kildangan in Puckane by 1-7 to 1-1. The home team had the use of the strong wind in the first half and put themselves into a winning position by the interval. Team: Kevin Shinners (1-0), Mark O’Neill, Rory McCarthy, Oisín O’Meara, Arran Conroy, Cian Darcy, Nathan Ryan, Jake O’Kelly, Cormac Mannion, Sean Quinlan, Martin Grace, Luke Dervan, Kevin Oakley, Conor Lillis and Craig Morgan (0-1). Subs: Spain and Seamus O’Meara.

Minor
On this Wednesday evening the minor footballers take on Kildangan in MacDonagh Park at 6.30pm in the first round of the championship.

Under 6
The U6 hurlers will resume indoor training on this Friday April 4th at 7.00pm.

Parish League
The annual Parish League will commence on Saturday April 5th at 11.00am and will continue for the following three Saturdays. Boys from third to sixth classes are eligible to participate. The Mini League, for boys in first and second classes, will run in tandem with the Parish League. All players should be present at 10.30am so that the games can have a punctual start.

Under 14
The U14 footballers open their campaign with an away fixture against Borris-Ileigh on next Wednesday April 9th at 6.30pm.

Membership
Thanks to all who renewed their membership for 2014. Due to the late surge in membership, the draw for a County Draw subscription 2014/2015 and two annual Club Lotto subscriptions has been deferred until the next club meeting. Summer Camp
The annual Cúl Camp is scheduled for June 30th to July 4th in Thomas MacDonagh Park. This year the camp will have the usual 10.00am start in the morning but finish at the earlier time of 2.00pm.

County Draw

Handball
Sean McAdams and Jerome Cahill played in the All-Ireland juvenile finals in Clarecastle last Saturday. They acquitted themselves well but had to give second best to formidable opponents from Tyrone.
