The senior hurlers play Moneygall in Borrisoleigh in the second round of the Challenge Cup on this Wednesday March 19th at 8.00pm.
Both of our U12 football teams lost out at home to Inane Rovers on last Saturday.
The U16 footballers open their campaign with a game against Kildangan in Puckane on Monday March 24th at 7.30pm.
The annual Parish League will commence on Saturday April 5th at 11.00am and will continue for the following three Saturdays. Boys from third to sixth classes are eligible to participate. The Mini League, for boys in first and second classes, will run in tandem with the Parish League.

The club is organising a unique fundraising venture which has aroused national interest. For €10 one very lucky individual is going to win a three month job, June to August, in a Spillane Group Bar in New York. The prize includes return flights, the first month’s accommodation and two daily meals. The second and third month’s accommodation will be organised. Full training will be provided. The club is purchasing a new set of senior jerseys and is giving our supporters the opportunity to sponsor a jersey @ €40. There has been a tremendous response to this initiative and there are just a few jerseys left to be sponsored. Recycled Juvenile Gear
Many families have unwanted helmets, boots and togs with club crest in their homes. The juvenile club can put these to good use. Any of the above mentioned items, that are in good condition, can be given to the managers of the respective juvenile teams.
The March 31st deadline is almost upon us. Thanks to all who have renewed and we urge all others to pay the appropriate fee as soon as possible: U6, U8 and U10 €10; U12, 14, U16 and U18 €20; adult players €50 and non playing adults €20. All adult members will be put on the club texting list and will also be entered into a draw for a County Draw subscription 2014/2015 and two annual Club Lotto subscriptions. This draw will take place at the monthly meeting of the club committee on March 27th. A valid membership card also entitles you to discount at the following shops: Sportsmans Dream, Jim McLoughney’s, Zip Yard, Tadhg Flaherty’s and JKCS.
The annual Cúl Camp is scheduled for June 30th to Jul 4th in Thomas MacDonagh Park.

The Kilruane MacDonaghs club extends congratulations to Denis Cahill on his recent engagement to Liz Shaw.
Congratulations to Sean McAdams and John McGrath who were successful in the All-Ireland U14 semi-final in Nenagh. They had comfortable victories in both games. In the U16 semi-final Jerome Cahill defeated his Galway opponent after a tiebreak. Best of luck to Sean, John and Jerome in the All-Ireland finals which take place on Saturday April 5th.
