U6, U8, U10 & U12
No training this Wednesday night due to U16 County Final, Kilruane v Cahir in The Ragg @7pm.
The U12 panel played a practice match against Toomevara on Friday night last in Ardcroney. Well
done to all the girls who played so well in all three games and thanks to Toomevara for the match.
These games will continue to improve all players in the skills of the game.
U16
The County U16 final v Cahir takes place this Wednesday 31st August in The Ragg at 7pm.
Annual Fund-raising Draw and Auction
The Auction, Social Night and Draw took place on Saturday night last in The Fairways Bar, Kilruane.
This is our main fundraiser for the year and was a great success. Thanks to everyone who kindly
donated items for the auction from loads of timber to garden and household items. Signed
Tipperary Jerseys and Munster Jerseys were also auctioned on the night and created great interest
among bidders. Thanks to Jim Casey who did the Auction and ensured that all items were sold. A
raffle was also held on the night for the six beautifully presented hampers.
The club extends thanks to the management and staff of the Fairways for the use of their premises
and also for providing refreshments and music.
The last part of the night was the results of the Fundraising draw. Thanks to all club members who
sold draw lines over the last few weeks.
