Under 8 & Under 10
The U8 and U10’s travelled to Toomevara last Wednesday night for a friendly game .Both teams enjoyed their games and we thank Toomevara Camogie Club for asking us. Training continues every Wednesday night in Ardcroney at 7pm.
Under 12
U12 training continues on this Wednesday night at 7pm and on Saturday at 11am in Ardcroney. Congratulations to all girls who received their Confirmation last weekend in Cloughjordan, Nenagh and Borrisokane.
Juniors
Well done to our Junior B team who defeated Thurles in a very tightly-fought contest in the League County Semi-final in the Ragg last Sunday. Kilruane came out winners by the closest of margins on a score line of 2-11 to 2-10. Congratulations to Kathleen Ryan who has been appointed Captain and Lisa Cahill as Vice-Captain.
The Junior B league County Final between Kilruane and Fethard has been fixed for next Sunday May 23rd at 3.00pm. in The Camogie Pitch, The Ragg.
Commiserations to club member, Mary Walsh and the Tipperary U16 team who were defeated by Galway in the recent All-Ireland U16 final in Tullamore.
Cul Camp
The annual Cul Camp for hurling and camogie takes place in Cloughjordan from Mon 5th to Fri 9th July. The camp is open to boys and girls from age 6 upwards. We would encourage all juvenile club members to attend this camp, as it is a week of great fun and excellent coaching sessions. Application forms will be distributed through the local schools.
