Camogie News

Congratulations
The club would like to congratulate St. Mary’s Secondary Secondary School on their magnificent achievement in winning the All-Ireland final at the weekend. Despite playing in poor conditions the girls gave a great performance and showed great heart in coming back from behind. All the clubs should be very proud of their representatives on the team. We are especially proud of ours; Orla Williams showed the true Kilruane McDonagh never-say-die spirit to score the all important goal that sealed victory for St. Mary’s, while Lisa Cahill was one of the youngest members of the St. Mary’s panel.

Tipperary under-16
Well done to Ann-Marie Quinlan, Niamh Williams, Aisling Enright and Lisa Cahill who were all part of the Tipperary under 16 panel that played Dublin at the weekend.
